Non-destructive testing of pipelines

All welding joints of craft gas pipeline are examined by Ray inspection.

Hydraulic tests

After the welding of the craft gas pipeline is completed, a 37.5MPa hydraulic test is done. The assembly is allowed only after the hydraulic test is passed.

Gas tightness test

After the pipeline is assembled, a high pressure air compressor is used to conduct a 26.5 MPa airtightness test on all craft gas pipelines inside the unit. After 2 hours of pressure protection and no leakage, the unit can be commissioned and tested.

Safety test

After installation and commissioning of the unit, safety tests are conducted. The test contents are as follows: pressure alarm shutdown test, temperature alarm shutdown test, flammable gas concentration alarm shutdown test, accident emergency shutdown test, and safety valve emergency discharge test.

8-Hour no-fault operation test for simulated field working conditions

Qidakon has a special test system for simulating the conditions of the gas station. After completing the 8-hour no-fault operation test, Qidakon is qualified and is allowed to leave the factory.
